Boss Focus - The Opera - Romulo and Julianne

In a Nutshell
The opera is accessible as soon as you have killed Moroes. You need to talk to Barnes, the Stage Manager, in order to start one of three possible events.
This post is about the most third possible event, Romulo and Julianne. It’s a three phase encounter that starts small but builds up as it goes along.
Rundown
The event is phased into three stages. During the first stage, you will only have to fight Julianne. She will not deal very much damage but will be casting some spells that need to be taken care of. It’s important to have at least one class on her that can interrupt her Eternal Affection, it will heal her (or Romulo) for 50k, prolonging the fight and disrupting your timing. She will also cast a self-buff labeled Devotion. If you have no mage to spellsteal it, or another class to dispel it, you can remove the pressure on your tanks and your interrupters by dropping a Mass Dispel at her feet.

Once Julianne dies, Romulo will spawn at the center of the stage, attacking the player nearest to him. A tank should grab him and drag him over, away from the place where Julianne has died. He will deal only physical damage and quite a lot more than Julianne. Additionally, he will apply a stacking poison on his main aggro target. The poison stacks up to 8 times, making the tanks life quite miserable, so it should be dispelled as often as possible. Romulo has a self-buff too. It’s called Daring, and should no one else be able to dispel it, you should do it.
As soon as Romulo bites the dust, he and Julianne will resurrect and the fight starts anew. Only that you have to deal with both of them now. Additionally, they both need to die in a 10 second timeframe. If one survives the other more than those 10 seconds, he or she will resurrect the other at full health. Other than this, they do not possess any new abilities during phase 3.
Watch out for
The start of each phase results in a fresh and clean aggro table for both of them. So be ready for this and watch your aggro during those first seconds.
Other than that, you should make clear who will be dispelling the self-buffs, so that you don’t have to heal through them. Julianne’s Devotion is the most important to dispel, since it will half her cast time, making it very hard to interrupt her Eternal Affection.
Healing Roles
The first two stages will not require very much healing. The third stage will require you to assign a healer to each tank. If you have three, put the third on raid duty and help the others. If you only sport two healers, you should task the healer for Julianne’s tank with raid healing, since he will have much less work to do.
Rewards
As soon as both have died at the same time, you will start to see familiar sparkles rising from them. As a healer you may be able to get the Masquerade Gown from Julianne, and the Ribbon of Sacrifice from Romulo.
